We are looking for a diligent and dedicated Client Support Assistant to join our team at Genworth Financial. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information - Process client requests, update account information, and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives
Requirements: - Proven experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling client issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Self-motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for delivering high-quality service - Innovative mindset and persuasive communication skills to drive client engagement
