Client Support Associate

Job Description:

As a Client Support Associate at Altria Group in Abu Dhabi, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Actively listen to client needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Reliable and able to work independently - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
