Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Baxalta is currently seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, driven, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings - Assist clients with product inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist clients - Assist in training new team members on client support processes and procedures

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Resilient and able to work under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
