Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

As a Remote Client Support Associate at Al Futtaim Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience who is resourceful, hardworking, and possesses strong people management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving client issues and concerns in a satisfactory manner - Collaborating with other team members to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction - Updating client records and maintaining accurate documentation - Proactively identifying potential client needs and upselling additional products or services - Representing Al Futtaim Group in a positive and professional manner at all times

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
