Client Support Associate

At Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, we are seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, creative, and have strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Conduct market research and analysis to assist clients with investment decisions

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and resourceful personality - Strong creative thinking and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
