Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and support to clients - Assisting clients with account management tasks - Collaborating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records - Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills - Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling


Requirements: - Adaptable and motivated individual with a passion for customer service - Strong people management and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
