Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Emaar Properties, a leading real estate development company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Client Support Associate to join their team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client support and a strong understanding of the real estate industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends and real estate products to better assist clients. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Emaar Properties' offerings to clients. 7. Contribute to the overall success of the client support team by sharing best practices and innovative ideas.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude. 2. Strong soft skills including innovation and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
