Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Harley-Davidson in Dubai is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role and possess the personality traits of resilience and reliability. Additionally, candidates should have strong soft skills in problem-solving and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to clients throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless experience - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
