Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Client Support Associate to join our team at AK Steel Holding. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Dubai, UAE, ideal for those looking to gain entry-level experience in client support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships with clients and provide prompt and accurate support - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Meet personal/team targets and goals - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or client support roles - Energetic and confident individual with strong interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Demonstrated leadership skills in previous roles - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
