Job Description:
Whirlpool, a leading global home appliance company, is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based in Dubai, Dubai, AE, and offers the opportunity to work from home. This is an entry-level position, making it ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in client support and customer service.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Ensure client satisfaction by resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client problems - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients - Contribute ideas for improving the client support process and overall customer experience
Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role - Adaptable and hardworking personality traits - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using technology and software for client support - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
