Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


As a Client Support Manager at Wyndham Worldwide in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This role is ideal for a passionate and resilient individual who possesses strong project management and analysis skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage all client communication and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. 3. Analyze client data and provide insights to improve overall client experience. 4. Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for client growth. 6. Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance metrics. 7. Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong project management and analysis skills. 5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Resilient attitude and ability to work under pressure. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
