Job Description - Client Support Manager

The Client Support Manager at HD Supply Holdings in Dubai will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This individual will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, as well as resolving any customer issues or concerns that may arise.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients 2. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations 3. Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts 4. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction 5. Monitor and track client account activity and performance 6. Develop and implement client support strategies to improve overall client experience 7. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review account performance and address any issues 8. Manage and resolve client complaints in a timely and efficient manner 9. Prepare reports and analysis on client activity and performance 10. Stay current on industry trends and developments to better serve client needs


Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in client support or account management 2. Hardworking and resilient personality traits 3. Strong planning and communication skills 4. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 5. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively 8. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service 9. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
