Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description: As a Client Support Manager at Gilead Sciences in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your primary role will be to serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration - Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting issues and offering solutions - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns to prevent churn - Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Analyze client data and feedback to improve products and services - Lead client training sessions and workshops to ensure they are maximizing the value of our offerings - Develop strategic plans to increase client retention and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a client support or account management role - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving retention goals
