Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Zimmer Biomet Holdings is seeking a dedicated Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in client support or related fields. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, the Remote Client Support Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of remote clients, providing timely and efficient support - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to address any client issues or concerns - Provide product training and support to clients as needed - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to maintain high levels of satisfaction - Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Reliable and driven personality traits - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) - Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred)
