Job Description:
Fluor is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of confidence and adaptability to handle various client demands and expectations.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships - Understand the needs and requirements of clients, proactively addressing any issues that may arise - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects and services - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and performance - Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth - Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience - Attend client meetings, presentations, and other events as required - Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Proven research skills to identify business opportunities - Confidence and adaptability to handle challenging situations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
