Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

The Client Support Manager at United Rentals is a vital role responsible for managing and supporting client relationships while working from home in Abu Dhabi, AE. The ideal candidate for this part-time Associate Level position should have at least 5 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Proactively identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts - Provide guidance and support to clients on product usage and best practices - Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvements - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Dedication to providing top-notch client support - Passion for exceeding client expectations - Demonstrated leadership and innovation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
