Client Support Manager - Work from home

Leucadia National is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dubai. As a mid-to-senior level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. 3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing business growth. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement in our products and services. 5. Develop and implement client support strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Provide training and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in client support.

Proven experience in client support or a related field. 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
