Job Description:


Whole Foods Market is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Support Manager to work from home in Dubai. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. 2. Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and priorities are aligned. 5. Identify opportunities for growth and upselling to existing clients. 6. Provide regular reports and updates on client accounts to management. 7. Strive for continuous improvement in client satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in client support or account management. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Innovative problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. 5. Proficiency in remote communication tools and technology. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
