Job Description:
UGI is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in client support roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote support to clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and assisting with client onboarding processes.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed. 4. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any client concerns. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 2. Strong persuasion skills and attention to detail. 3. Previous experience in a client support role, with at least 4 years of experience. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
