Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Support Officer to join our team at Western Union in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Identify and implement opportunities to improve client support processes - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to accurately answer client questions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Driven and resilient personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluency in English and Arabic
