Job Description:
Simon Property Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Support Officer to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or client support roles.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and product/service information - Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is up-to-date - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide timely solutions - Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the client support team - Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements: - Hardworking and passionate individual with excellent communication skills - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and cooperate with others - Strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
