Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Occidental Petroleum is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information. 3. Conduct research to resolve client issues and provide accurate information. 4. Maintain client records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 6. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and provide feedback to management. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or client support. 2. Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and problem-solve. 3. Ability to adapt to different communication styles and preferences. 4. Dedication to providing excellent service and exceeding client expectations. 5. Proficient in using technology and comfortable with remote communication tools. 6. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions and information. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
