Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

AK Steel Holding is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, possess strong people management skills, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues - Document client interactions and resolutions in the company CRM system - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the client support function - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 3 years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Prior experience in a remote support role is a plus - Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
