Client Support Officer

Job Description:

United Natural Foods is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Dubai. The Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved. 3. Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to troubleshoot complex client issues. 4. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 6. Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role. 2. Independent and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
