Remote Client Support Officer

We are looking for a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team at DISH Network in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction - Conduct analysis to identify patterns and trends in client inquiries and provide feedback to the team - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients - Meet and exceed performance targets related to client satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates - Assist with training new team members and contribute to knowledge sharing sessions

Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for helping others - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address client inquiries and issues - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (additional languages are a plus) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer service software, such as CRM systems and ticketing platforms - Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
