Job Description:
NiSource is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Client Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, address any issues or concerns, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues. 2. Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. 3. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless client experience. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our products and services. 6. Provide training and support to clients on how to use our products and services effectively. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 4. Resourceful problem-solver with strong attention to detail. 5. Ability to deliver engaging presentations to clients. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
