Job Description:
Norfolk Southern is seeking a reliable and passionate Client Support Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have - Manage client accounts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all communication is documented - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently - Provide product or service recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences - Assist in the development of client support strategies and processes to improve overall customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless client experience and exceed service level expectations - Uphold company values and contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of working effectively in a team environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
