Client Support Officer

Job Description:

EOG Resources is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of critical thinking and resourcefulness to effectively address and resolve client inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively identify potential client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities - Assist in the development of client support materials, such as presentations and reports - Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities - Presentation skills are a plus
