Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Casey’s General Stores is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Officer to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support to our customers in Abu Dhabi, AE.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. 6. Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve our products and services. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients. 8. Provide support during promotional events and campaigns. 9. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and innovation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
