Job Description - Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Kimberly-Clark is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis working from home in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Assist in developing training materials and resources for clients to enhance their understanding of our products and services. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients and contribute to the team's success.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong planning and organization skills. 5. Ability to deliver engaging presentations to clients. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 8. Must be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
