Job description:
Sherwin-Williams is seeking a talented Client Support Officer to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to provide personalized service. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary. 4. Assist in onboarding new clients, conducting virtual tours and training sessions as needed. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients. 6. Maintain thorough records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction.
Requirements: 1. Confident and motivated personality, with the ability to build rapport with clients. 2. Strong adaptability skills to thrive in a dynamic work-from-home environment. 3. Excellent presentation skills for virtual meetings and client interactions. 4. Proven track record of providing outstanding customer support. 5. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting. 6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 7. Proficiency in English and Arabic languages. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
