Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Support Officer to join our team at Cisco Systems. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home in Dubai, AE. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our system - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer support experience

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Possess emotional intelligence and able to empathize with clients to provide personalized support - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
