Job Description:
Newell Brands is currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Client Support Officer. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Dubai, UAE. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with any inquiries, technical issues, or complaints they may have - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure client needs are met - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and services
Requirements: - Energetic and reliable individual with a positive attitude - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
