Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Twenty-First Century Fox is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to kickstart their career in client support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Research and analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions. 4. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously strive to improve processes and provide feedback for enhancements.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Strong analytical and research abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
