Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Hershey is seeking a dynamic Client Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven and resilient, with excellent communication and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction - Manage client accounts, including processing orders and resolving any issues that may arise - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any feedback - Work closely with internal teams to communicate client needs and feedback - Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Assist in the development of new client relationships and retention strategies - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance client support processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Previous experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus
