Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Freddie Mac is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Support Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address client needs and concerns

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Project management skills - Adaptability to changing priorities and environments - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent time management and organizational skills
