Client Support Representative

As a Client Support Representative at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Abu Dhabi, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their insurance policies, claims, or general inquiries.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and account maintenance. 3. Educate clients on different insurance products and services offered by the company. 4. Resolve client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Confident and resourceful personality traits. 5. Strong decision-making and adaptability skills. 6. Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
