As a Remote Client Support Representative at Dow Chemical, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients located in Dubai and the surrounding areas. Your main role will be to assist clients with any questions or issues they may have regarding Dow Chemical products and services.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Documenting all client interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients - Participating in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on Dow Chemical's products and services
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong people management and adaptability soft skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English, Arabic language proficiency is a plus
