Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Community Health Systems is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat support - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions - Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Utilize negotiation and emotional intelligence skills to de-escalate challenging situations - Document and track client interactions in the CRM system - Meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or client support roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Dedication to providing exceptional client service - Energetic and positive attitude
