Job Description:
Reynolds American is seeking a driven and passionate Client Support Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This role is part-time with an associate level seniority and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Respond to client emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients - Keep up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Provide support for client onboarding and training as needed
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Emotional intelligence to effectively address client needs and concerns - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
