Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) in Dubai is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, driven, and possess excellent planning and people management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients 2. Support the sales team with client communication and coordination 3. Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner 4. Assist in the planning and execution of client events and meetings 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction 6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a client support role 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
