Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Flydubai is currently seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This position is part-time and requires an entry-level candidate with 0 years of experience. As a Remote Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member for resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the company database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment - Strong persuasion and cooperation skills to effectively communicate with clients - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
