Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Peabody Energy, a global leader in the mining and energy industry, is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct product demonstrations and train clients on how to use our services effectively. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 6. Assist in resolving technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 7. Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve our products and services. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better serve our clients. 9. Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and targets.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and independent with the ability to work effectively under pressure. 2. Excellent emotional intelligence and attention to detail. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
