Navistar International is seeking a motivated Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are independent, hardworking, and possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist clients with technical issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay current on product updates and industry trends to better assist clients - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting - Basic computer skills and familiarity with software systems - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
