Client Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Client Support Representative to join our team at 3M in Dubai, AE. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in a global company.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively, escalating to management when necessary. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure client needs are met. 5. Assist with project management tasks as needed. 6. Work closely with colleagues worldwide to foster a global village mentality. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets set by management. 8. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. No prior experience required - we are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn and grow with the company. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues. 5. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 7. Must be able to work a part-time schedule with flexibility for remote work. 8. Must be reliable and committed to providing excellent customer service.
