Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Alphabet is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows for the flexibility of working from home in Abu Dhabi, AE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and drive customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment preferred
