Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Sealed Air is seeking a motivated and driven Client Support Representative to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 4. Utilize project management skills to coordinate client requests and prioritize tasks. 5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive customer retention and satisfaction. 6. Plan and execute strategies to meet client needs and support business objectives. 7. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 8. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide expert support to clients.

Requirements: 1. Previous experience in a client support or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management and planning abilities. 4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or related field preferred. 7. Motivated and driven personality traits.
