Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Avon Products is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and orders - Resolve client issues and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience - Build rapport with clients and establish long-lasting relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve processes - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Strong people management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using technology and remote communication tools
