Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Kinder Morgan, a leading energy infrastructure company, is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai, AE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, dedicated, and possess excellent time management and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and online chat - Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and follow up to ensure resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support to clients - Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention - Stay up to date with product information, promotions, and company policies


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
