Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client support and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Manage client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a positive customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Demonstrate leadership skills in managing client relationships and resolving conflicts - Use creativity to find innovative solutions to complex client issues

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years experience in client support or a related field - Reliable and passionate about delivering high-quality customer service - Strong leadership skills and ability to handle challenging situations with grace - Creative problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
